Permanent Death: The act of a character being sent to the burn address.

Never over-extend when purchasing a character, speculation of price has no impact on the game. Aesthetics can offer more than any rarity metric, when picking a character. Remember, while each participant has the ability to bring any character to life, there is also a risk of permanent death.
There are traits associated with the 17, Concords, and The Two: Mother Agora, Nameless Serpent. These characteristics offer direct association, but think of them as guidelines, not restrictions. A trait could be worn in defiance, allegiance, or an indifference. Ultimately the player decides.
