🔐Security Education

An underrated and often overlooked section on the importance of providing Education materials to equip users with Tools to protect themselves from dangers inside and outside of the Server.

Turn Off DMs

First and foremost, visible to all users within the server, Verified and Unverified alike, should be a giant warning and reminder to TURN OFF DMs. We can't monitor DM conversations, we can't secure Discord DMs, our only option is remove them from the equation.

Verification Gate Message

In addition to TURN OFF DMs being at the top of the categories/channel list, there can be another reminder within the Verification Gate process. Pandez comes with this already added to it, otherwise the message can be embedded and even used as a verification role.

Discord Security

Above is an example of Discord Security text. DMs/Direct Messages turned off message kicks us off. Reminder that all staff will NEVER contact/DM anyone, especially in regards to asking for money, personal information, seed phrase etc.

Wallet Security

Basic wallet security, starting with reminder on the importance of protecting a users Seed Phrase, understanding what it means to connect wallets to websites/dapps and using a ledger.

Scam/Spam Alerts

At minimum, there should be a read-only channel limited to Admins to post verified Scams/Spam Alerts on Collection Copies, Know Fake Accounts/Impersonators, & any related Scams/Spam. In addition to this, can include an 'unverified' Spam/Scam alert for users to contribute and share.
